Cat Seixas is a folk herbalist, textile artist, bioregionalist, land steward, writer and mother living on the Portuguese hills. She loves navigating the dichotomy of living off-grid and having a social media presence, and is a firm believer in social media as a tool for practical magic. Most days, she can be found tending to her vegetable and medicinal garden, spinning wool under the olive trees or roaming the hills with a foraging basket in hands, to make herbal support for her community.
