Taryn Forrelli, ND, is the Chief Science Officer at Traditional Medicinals. As a member of the executive leadership team, she helps define the company’s strategy and collaborates with her department leaders to execute it. She is deeply inspired by Traditional Medicinals’ purpose, which aligns with her personal life mission of awakening people to the wonders and intelligence of plants and partnering with them to heal ourselves, our communities, and the planet.Â
Taryn holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences and has over 20 years of experience researching, formulating and commercializing herbal supplements.Â
Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature, connecting with the land, the plants, the animals, and elements. Cooking is another lifelong passion and connection point to the plants that inspires creativity and opportunity to delight in the embodied activation of our senses.
